Mindfulness For When Your Mind Is Full
Mindfulness is more than just a cultural buzz word. Defined as the quality of being fully present, engaged, and in the moment, mindfulness is a valuable approach to cope with anxiety, worry, and stress. This presentation is designed to review the benefits mindfulness and teaches 3 unique mindfulness techniques that can be practiced anywhere: box breathing, body scan, and mindfulness meditation.

Fighting Stress & Burn-Out
Stress and burn-out can are major issues at work or at school. On the individual level, they can decrease productivity and motivation, and negatively impact quality of life. On the systemic level, they can dampen a company or university’s culture, decrease engagement, and increase turnover or drop-out rates. This presentation is designed to teach individuals specific tools to help fight stress and burn-out, such as grounding, mindfulness, and self-care.

Compassion Fatigue
As someone in a helping profession, it’s in your DNA to push yourself to the limit to offer support to people you care about, both personally and professionally. This commitment to helping others can lead to something called compassion fatigue, which increases stress and anxiety and takes away from the joy of the work you love so much. This presentation is designed to teach people in helping professions, including caregivers, specific tools to increase self-care, develop coping skills, and decrease the effects of compassion fatigue.

Maintaining effective communication & healthy connection are challenges couples encounter in long-term relationships. Whether the relationship is 6 months or 60 years old, all couples need to put effort and energy to maintain these two key elements in their partnership.
