WHY I BECAME A THERAPIST

Through my clinical practice, I have seen how meaningful change can come from authentic and meaningful connections. Therapy is not only addressing problems, but understanding yourself and the way you move through the world better.

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE OF MY DEEP BELIEF IN THE POWER OF THE THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP TO HEAL, TRANSFORM AND FACILITATE PERSONAL GROWTH.

I SPECIALIZE IN WORKING WITH TRAUMA, ANXIETY AND ATTACHMENT-RELATED STRUGGLES WITH ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS. MANY OF MY CLIENTS FEEL STUCK IN SURVIVAL MODE- ALWAYS BRACING FOR SOMETHING. MY WORK CENTERS ON HELPING YOU FEEL SAFER IN YOUR BODY, MORE PRESENT IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS AND COMPASSIONATE TOWARDS YOURSELF.

I’m particularly passionate about helping clients untangle old patterns, build emotional resilience, and reclaim a sense of control in their lives. Whether you’re navigating the effects of childhood trauma, relationship wounds, or the invisible weight of burnout, I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and a steady presence.

When I work with clients, I incorporate THREE THINGS to create positive change:

collaboration | authenticity | self-compassion

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Each person comes to therapy with a unique story, set of experiences, and goals. That’s why I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, or deeper emotional challenges, I’m committed to walking alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I also work with adults who are facing relationship challenges and teens who are struggling with self-esteem and self-worth.

My area of expertise is helping people who are facing major life transitions, such as a Quarter Life Crisis, adjusting to or graduating from college, or other significant life changes.

WHAT IF THE THING THAT ONCE HELPED YOU IS NOW KEEPING YOU STUCK?

Trauma changes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. When the past hasn’t had a chance to heal, it can keep showing up in the present. In therapy, we can collaboratively explore the patterns in your life in a safe environment that fosters growth and curiosity. Together, we can work toward releasing what no longer serves you to create space for who you want to be.
