With over 20 years of clinical experience, Nicolle specializes in anxiety therapy, high-functioning anxiety, couples therapy, financial anxiety, burnout recovery, grief therapy, parenting stress, and identity transitions. Her clinical approach integrates attachment-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, Gottman Method couples therapy, financial therapy principles, and Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ framework.

In addition to her clinical and teaching work, Nicolle currently serves on the Board of Directors for Rainbows for All Children and the Adoption Center of Illinois. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Youth Outreach Services, supporting community-based mental health and youth development initiatives.

She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Financial Therapy Association.
