OUR MISSION
Lincoln Park Therapy Group is a Chicago-based private practice supporting adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, and life transitions. We offer evidence-based, relational therapy tailored to your unique experience — helping you understand patterns, build emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Our goal is to provide a space that feels warm, collaborative, and grounded, where insight translates into real shifts in your daily life.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2012, Lincoln Park Therapy Group was created to offer thoughtful, high-quality therapy in Chicago for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Many of the people we work with are in the middle of something — a relationship shift, a career change, a loss, or a quieter sense that something isn’t working the way it used to. Often, they don’t need a quick fix, but a space to better understand what they’re experiencing and how they want to move forward. Over time, our practice has grown into a team of therapists committed to individualized, relationship-centered care. We draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to meet each person with depth, flexibility, and genuine care.
