WHY I BECAME A THERAPIST
A person’s life is made up through their unique stories and experiences. Each individual is the owner of their story. As a therapist, I work to understand each client through their subjective experience and create space to process what the experience means to that person. I believe that therapy should honor, validate, and work within the client’s lived experience. As a team, we can work together to process your individual story, and break through barriers that are holding you back in achieving your goals.
I BECAME A THERAPIST TO HELP PEOPLE HAVE A SAFE AND NON-JUDGMENTAL SPACE WHERE CLIENTS CAN FEEL HEARD AND VALIDATED.

In our work together, we will start by identifying small changes and adaptations that will help shift your mindset to allow you to feel energized and empowered, ultimately create lasting changes in your life.
When I work with clients, I incorporate THREE THINGS to create positive change:
client strengths | empathy | compassion
I also integrate Brené Brown’s powerful research of vulnerability, courage, shame, and empathy in my work with clients, utilizing techniques and strategies to help individuals integrate it into their personal and professional lives.

WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adults and teens, and who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, and life changes.
My area of expertise is working with individuals experiencing life transitions across the lifespan, ranging from teens and emerging adults who are just entering adulthood to older individuals who are entering their next phase of life.
